Dubai Land Department Resolves 647 Property Disputes, Securing AED 1.38 Billion in H12024 Through Oqoodi Platform

Dubai Land Department (DLD) has successfully completed 647 amicable real estate
settlements, amounting to AED 1.38 billion, during the first half of 2024. Facilitated through the
Oqoodi Platform, these settlements achieved a remarkable 100% approval rate, significantly
accelerating the resolution process and enhancing investor satisfaction. This accomplishment
underscores DLD’s vital role in fostering a conducive environment for real estate investors and
developers, encouraging them to pursue reconciliation as a preferred method of dispute
resolution
