Baccarat Hotel & Residences is a luxury development located in Downtown Dubai, offering close proximity to iconic landmarks like Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Launched in Q1 2023, this is the first Baccarat-branded mixed-use project in the UAE. It is being developed by Shamal Holding in partnership with H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts. Renowned architectural firms Studio Libeskind and Studio 1508 London have been entrusted with the design of the exclusive complex.

The development will feature two crystal-shaped skyscrapers with stunning glass facades, inspired by the legendary French brand Baccarat, which boasts a 250-year history. The project will house a 144-room hotel and just 49 private residences, making it an ultra-exclusive address in the heart of Dubai.
