80-storey Trump Tower announced for Downtown Dubai, to include world’s highest outdoor pool

Dubai is set to welcome a towering new landmark: the Trump International Hotel & Tower, an 80-storey skyscraper that will rise along Sheikh Zayed Road in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The ambitious development will combine high-end residences, luxury hospitality, and a private Trump-branded members-only club, all with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf.

This marks the latest collaboration between UK-based developer Dar Global and The Trump Organisation, following successful ventures in Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Set to be one of the tallest buildings in Dubai, the tower will offer two signature duplex penthouses featuring private sky pools, modeled after the Trump Tower Penthouse in New York City. Floor-to-ceiling windows will showcase sweeping views of the Dubai skyline.

The building’s standout feature will be the world’s highest outdoor pool—reserved exclusively for residents and guests. A separate resort-style pool will also be available for residents, offering a more private escape in the sky.

Beyond the luxurious accommodations, the 350-metre-high tower will include private lounges, personalized services, and access to “The Trump,” a premium club experience for members only.
