预订单位、签署开发商表格，按公布计划付款——常见 60/40，也有交房后付款。每个项目展示现行时间表。

门户网站用于浏览。我们依据开发商当前库存：今日单位、今日价格、具名顾问。15 亿迪拉姆如此成交。
买家需要付佣金吗？+
期房不需要——佣金由开发商承担。二手出售或租赁委托须书面约定。
